We ask for 48 hours notice of cancellation of your services. If not you will be charged 50% of your total service. A deposit is needed to book any online appointments.

For extension appointments a 50% deposit will be needed to secure your appointment. Changes to your extensions appointment can only be made 7 days prior to your appointment. changes made within those 7 days will result in the lost of your deposit.
